What Is It?
General Support requests for the EHR are any informational request that cannot be solved by the other service types.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Any staff who has a login to the EHR can request General Support.
Where Can I Get It?
Once the request has been filled out, an SCCMHA IT staff will reach out to help you with the request.
How Do I Use It?
If the request can not be categorized into any other service type, a general support request can be filled out. The information requested will be received when the SCCMHA IT staff reach out to you.
