What Is It?
A provider report request is used to create or modify SCCMHA reporting services. The reporting services is used to pull information from the data warehouse for any metric that you may need to track.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Any SCCMHA provider network staff that would need to report on information from our data warehouse.
Where Can I Get It?
The report will be accessible on reports.sccmha.org. An SCCMHA IT staff will reach out to you once the request has been completed and let you know the login information to view the reports.
How Do I Use It?
To use a report, staff will need to login to reports.sccmha.org. Once logged in, navigate to the report location you would like to run. Once you have accessed the report, you may have to fill out some parameters in the report such as a time frame. Once all parameters have been filled out, you should click the "View Report" button on the right-hand side of the window.
