External Provider Sentri Delete

What Is It?

Provider request to delete an incorrect document or data.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Any staff who logs into the EHR will be able to request delete.

Where Can I Get It?

Once the request has been submitted, an SCCMHA IT staff will inform you that the request has either been approved or denied.

How Do I Use It?

When submitting the request, staff should include as much information as possible about the note or data that was incorrectly entered. If the staff is unable to request delete on the document using the request delete function in the EHR, then staff can fill this request out to get the item removed.
