A claim or billing request is used for any staff who are having issues with an 837 file or HCFA 1500 form. If you are receiving any errors, please include these in the request.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All staff who have a current login to the EHR may request enhancements.

Once the request is received, an SCCMHA IT staff will reach out to you to work through the billing process.
