External Provider Sentri Error Message

What Is It?

Sentri Error Message requests is for any error message that staff are receiving in the EHR. When submitting the request, please add the error message in the request.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Any staff who has a log in to the EHR can request General Support.

Where Can I Get It?

Once the request has been filled out, an SCCMHA IT staff will reach out to help you with the request.

How Do I Use It?

When the request is received, an SCCMHA IT staff will reach out to help work through the error message with you.
