Reason for the Change: So we are not being billed for late cancellations and no shows totaling thousands in loss monthly. These funds were previously allocated to cover services for the uninsured and under insured.
Objectives for Improvement:
- Decrease in cancellations and no-shows
- Reduction of unnecessary costs related to late cancellations and no-shows
- Increased accountability among individuals served
- Enhanced participation from individuals served
- Expansion of an efficient and effective program
- Strengthened partnership between Customer Service and case holders
