If you go to Scan an item directly into Sentri and you receive the following message:
You will need to click the Download the setup link or click the "scan-setup.exe" file above in this KB and SAVE the file.
When the download is complete, click on the file to start setup.
1. When setup loads, click Next >
2. Agree to terms then click Next >
3. Wait for files to extract then when done, click Finish
4. After setup is complete, you MAY receive the following error. Just click Close and continue.
5. A webpage will open to test the new scanning software, you can close this when it's complete.
6. You may need to close your browser and go back into Sentri if the scanning page does not open. Otherwise, you just need to click the Scan button at the upper right of the dialog, then in the pop-up, make sure your scanner is highlighted and click Select to scan.
